Today seems like a good day to come out of hibernation (after a long break from posting) because a very special book project I had the honor to work on pubs today: CALL ME VEGAN by @halburns
It was so fun collaborating with the extremely creative and talented Halle Burns. Watching her turn grocery-store ingredients into vegan delights is magic. Tofu + Flour = A Versatile Dough pizza 🍕 Watermelon + Oven = The Most Incredible Vegan Tuna Bowl 🍉 🥣 Canned Artichoke Hearts + Tapioca Flour = Flaky Fish ’n Chips 🐟 🍟
The photo/food/design team including @laurenvolo @maeve_sheridan @miraevnine @meganlitt @laurapalesedesign brought Halle’s vision to life with equal originality and imagination. justcooknyc at @_simonelement @simonandschuster made it all happen and is a dream to work with…all the above = dream team!
